One of the smallest solar data loggers on the planet, Tigo's Cloud Connect Advanced (CCA) enables valuable insight to collected and transmitted data for real-time analysis. The CCA is part of Tigo's SMART communication platform which is supported by all major inverter and module manufacturers worldwide.

FAQs

• Is the power supply included with this item?
  No, the power supply is not included with this item, however, it is included with the Tigo Energy 348-00000-52 CCA Cloud Connect Advanced Outdoor Enclosure Kit. You also have the option of purchasing the power supply separately. Click here for the power supply specifications.
• Can the CCA work without the TAP, or are both units required?
  Both are required. The TAP is a radio transceiver and acts like an 'antenna' to transmit and receive the production data reports from optimizers (except Safety which have no radios). However, if you would like to use a CCA as just a Modbus data-logger, you would not need a TAP at all.
• Is RS485 cable included with the Tigo CCA?
  No, RS485 cable is not included with the CCA or any other Tigo product. This will need to be purchased separately.
