The MidNite Solar Classic 150's operating voltage is 150 volts, so that is your maximum input, however, the Classics have a unique HyperVOC feature which will prevent damage to your charge controller in the event of voltage spikes which may happen on cold, bright sunny mornings. When you're operating within the HyperVOC zone, the Classic will remain on, but to prevent damage it will not charge your batteries.
