Can I use wind and solar in the same combiner box? For example, a wind turbine with 3kw and a solar panel with 2kw to be connected together using the combiner box to produce a single output of 5kw.
I have two 1500 watt wind turbines. Can I install the 2 wind turbines to one MidNite Solar MNCLIP4KDC 4 kW DC Clipper, or do I need two MNCLIP1.5KDC 1.5 kW DC Clippers?
You will need 2 separate clippers. In fact you will always need 1 clipper per wind turbine. You cannot have comingled input into 1 clipper.
