Why does my OutBack Power FM60-150VDC periodically get stuck displaying "charged" and no longer supply PV power even when the battery bank drops below re-bulk?

To troubleshoot this issue, go to your OutBack Power MATE3s and check that the re-float setting matches the data points on your data sheet (float, bulk, absorption). They should match.
