My Schneider Electric 865-0329 Gateway is showing error "Conext Gateway Serial number and URN....

When I try to add the Schneider Electric 865-0329 Gateway information to Insight 2, I am getting the error "Conext Gateway Serial number and URN (Unique Resource Name) not matching. Please try again with correct serial number and URN Note: Gateway serial number is associated with Gateway URN." How do I fix this?
You will need to ensure the following four steps have been taken:
- Make sure you have the latest firmware update (Version 1.08 as of the date of this post).
- Make sure the Time, Date, and Time Zone are set correctly (based on the region where the gateway is located).
- Verify that the cloud is enabled which tells the gateway that it is okay to talk to the internet ("Cloud Enabled" on screen).
- On the gateway itself, the green cloud status light must be on.
