Does the Schneider Electric 865-1030-1 Conext MPPT 60 150 Solar Controller (RNW86510301) have a dump load relay adjustable voltage?
No, the Conext MPPT 60 150 charge controller does not have dump load relay, however, it has an AUX relay programmable 0-13VDC@200mA that can be programmed to trigger and clear on battery voltage. This may be used to drive an external relay for activating a dump load.
