  PWM solar controllers, such as the SK-12, are sized by current rating of the controller. Since the SK-12 has a current rating of 12A and a Nominal System Voltage of 12 Volts, you can use any 12V solar panel/array that has a total Short Circuit Current Rating (Isc) equal to or less than 12A.
